As a partner to all teams, Marketing provides concrete tools to support sales : brochures , catalogs, videos, photos, presentations, and much more. Much of its energy is also focused on digital media : updating websites, managing social media, multichannel campaigns, paid search engine optimization, and targeting on digital platforms.
The team also plays a strategic role by leveraging data to identify new prospects and give sales representatives a competitive advantage. Finally, Marketing ensures Rotarex's presence at more than 35 trade shows each year, which are prime opportunities to showcase our innovations and meet with customers.
WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY LIKE ?
In the Marketing Team, every day is different. The team juggles emergencies, news, and sales requests, while preparing for the many trade shows that punctuate the calendar. This constant responsiveness requires versatility and agility.
in addition to these specific tasks, certain activities structure the daily routine : monitoring the publication schedule, updating digital content, coordinating ongoing projects. At the same time, the team develops new initiatives to reach other audiences, test innovative tools, and strengthen Rotarex's visibility in its markets.
WHAT ARE THE SPECIFIC CHALLENGES ?
The Marketing Team must manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, without ever losing sight of the overall consistency of the company's image. The international dimension adds an extra layer of complexity : adapting communication to different markets, languages, and cultures requires sensitivity, precision, and openness.
Added to this is a more subtle challenge : reconciling the expectations of numerous stakeholders, each with their own preferences. Finding the right compromise, harmonizing points of view, and proposing creative solutions while respecting the overall strategy is an integral part of the job.
