Lintgen, Luxembourg – April 15, 2025 – Rotarex is happy to announce the launch of its innovative Ring Valve for industrial gas cylinders. This new valve aims to enhance safety, efficiency, and ease of use in gas handling for both gas distributors and end users. Designed for welding and other industrial gas applications, the Ring Valve is a next-generation residual pressure valve (RPV) suitable for inert gases, oxygen and oxidizing gases, flammable gases including hydrogen. It operated at a maximum working pressure of 315 bar.

Rotarex is proud to introduce a new essential safety innovation for high and ultra-high purity applications – UHP vacuum generator. UHP gas extraction system is represented in two variations: RXVGB (Block Type) with 60torr vacuum generated, and RXVGM (Module Type) with 100torr. Vacuum port is operating with 241 bars. Both products of the new line are designed from stainless steel, and guarantee the purity, required in electronics industry production. To maintain the highest standards, each unit of UHP gas handling equipment is cleaned with deionized water, 100% welded, and fully assembled, tested, and packaged in a cleanroom.

Following the successful launch of the D615, Rotarex has expanded its hydrogen solutions portfolio with the addition of the D655, a high-pressure bundle valve. This new hydrogen valve maintains the same tightness and high-pressure capabilities as the D615, with a key difference: actuation. Unlike the manually operated D615, the D655 features pneumatic actuation, enabling remote control functionality for greater operational flexibility.

We are proud to announce that our FireDETEC® Direct Low Pressure System, equipped with 3 kg FK-5-1-12 extinguishing agent, has successfully obtained KFI (Korea Fire Institute) approval.

In January 2025, Rotarex reaffirmed the highest quality of its medical devices range by receiving the European Union’s Medical Device Regulation (MDR) final Certificate, directive 2017/745.
