D356 valve with Oleo-pneumatic actuator for Ultra High Purity highly oxidizing and reactive gases is designed for keeping the highest level of purity of the gas, thanks to the tied diaphragm technology. Its oleo-pneumatic actuator increases the seat closure force for a maximum safety.
